This was my first time staying at this hotel. I was in town with my husband for a concert on 4/27/12. Although dated, the room was pretty good... bed comfy, clean... except when I went to use the bathroom, lifted the lid and found urine in the toilet. Gross!!! Was it not cleaned? Did the maid use it?? I called... More

We went to Toledo for a concert on 4/28. Made reservations in advance for $119+, requesting a dbl room on the river side. Upon arrival I reminded the reservationist of our request and she said no problem. Went to the 13th floor to find that she had us in the back of the hotel. Went back down and they changed... More

The old song John Denver did called "Saturday Night in Toledo Ohio" had it right...this is like being nowhere at all. No restaurant ("They only open if the occupancy looks good."), No functioning in-room movies ("The engineer has gone home for the day."). No advance copy of the bill upon checkout, no newspapers, no coffee in the lobby. No anything.... More

We recently stayed at the Park Inn Toledo for a soccer tournament. We were able to stay for a rate of $89 per night with parking included (well kind of). The rate was reasonable. Our room was decent sized with two double beds, a desk with chair, two separate chairs and a side table. The bathroom was decent size, fairly... More

We stayed here two nights for the Glass City Marathon, paid $89 a niht. Can't beat it. My man Darren (I believe) hooked us up at 5AM marathon morning with some coffee's, the city was literally dry of any Dunkin or Tim's at that time of day. The staff was very professional, and parking was included in the rate which... More

Stayed here for an interview, location is in older part of downtown Toledo. Building itself is several decades old and I think the age shows in the rooms/halls/elevator. Spa had 2 old treadmills that weren't wired properly and shocked me several times as I attempted to go for a run but the belt slipped so frequently I was unable to... More

I was reluctant to stay here due to some of the previous reviews. I had a very different experience. The desk staff, wait staff in the restaurant and bar were universally helpful, friendly and efficient. The food and drink were good and reasonably priced. The room was quite adequate and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. Yes, the furniture showed... More

Hotel is great as usual. I typically am on the Mud Hen's side of the hotel looking at Mud Hen's stadium. This time I was on the Maumee River side on the 14th floor. Very nice view of the river and part of the city all lit up at night. One issue this time was that the A/c was not... More

I stayed in this hotel because it was the host hotel for a meeting I was attending. On the plus side, it was centrally located, my guest room was HUGE and the view from my room was amazing. We lunched in the restaurant and the food was okay. The biggest suprise was the not-so-nice service from the woman at the... More

We arrived to find that the 2-bed room that we had booked was not available so we were given a king room by a clerk who was not apologetic. Parking is very convenient. This was a nice property 20 years ago (when convention center was new) and has not been updated. Bed was comfortable, and clean. Room is grimy with... More
