Diana and Olie are the GREATEST hosts - they do an excellent job! This Microtel is one of the very best in the chain - a great value / great location! I always stay here when in the Cleveland area - don't miss this hotel!

“Worst customer service in the whole world...”

I made a reservation online. I got to the location 2:00 am and the front desk person said she couldnt find our reservations because we made them for the wrong night! We enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The location was well suited with several restaurants and businesses in the nearby area. The rate was moderately priced. Overall we enjoyed our stay but thought there could have been a better selection at the continental breakfast. Some hot foods would have been nice.
