This B&B is so quaint and in the perfect location ! Within walking distance to the downtown area. Mike and Susan were very accommodating and the breakfast served was great. I would highly recommend this B&B.

Serene setting. Calming environment. Close to town, but far enough away from the hustle. The inn is very clean, and quiet. Breakfast served promptly at 9am, as promised. So glad they had a golf cart rental and free bikes too! It was my surprise to my wife and she's already asking when we may go back.

Our visit was amazing. The room was incredibly clean and Mike and Susan are awesome hosts. Mike arranged a golf cart for the weekend. Breakfast was perfect each morning. This is a perfect place to stay for mature adults.

My wife and I stayed from a Wednesday thru Sunday. The property is outstanding and has many places to just enjoy the outdoors. It is particularly nice to get away from the downtown but be close enough to go daily. Mike and Susan are outstanding hosts and we were grateful for their hospitality and making our stay wonderful.

We were on Put-in-bay for a special event and stayed at the Arbor Inn for our two night stay. This B&B is one of the nicest Inns we have stayed in. It is quiet, away from the down town area. My wife and I spent several hours on the porch just taking in the serinity. Susan met us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was just right. Everything was very clean. She explained that coffee would be available at 7:30. However, if were up earlier, we could just start the coffee maker....The breakfast was served at 9:00 am..The table was set from the night before..not sure when she accomplished that. The breakfast consisted of quiche one morning and a baked french toast the second. We enjoyed our stay. Both Susan and Mike were excellent hosts.

Had a lovely time staying at this very scenic and comfy B&B on Put-in-bay, Ohio. Our first experience staying at a B&B was made even more memorable by our wonderful hosts, Mike and Susan and their beautiful home away from home. The special added touches made this a must for anyone looking for lovely accommodations on Put-in-bay island.

We spent just one night here and it was absolutely amazing. So peaceful and relaxing. Loved that it’s close to downtown but far enough away to go and unwind. The owners were very nice and helpful and made us an amazing breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room and bathroom were clean and cozy. It had everything we needed and we would book this again in a heartbeat. Even made a new friend Ringo😉

Arbor Inn is about a 5-8 minute drive by golf cart to the center of Put-In- Bay. Plenty to see and do. Suggest you go during the week since it gets pretty hectic during the weekends. Great food and some attractions are withing 10-15 minutes from the Inn.You will have fun!!!

The beautiful photos you see on the listing are absolutely accurate. This property is utterly spotless, the bed is comfortable, and the rooms and common areas are beautifully decorated. The outdoor areas are beautiful, with comfortable chairs on the huge porch and chairs in the yard with soft lighting and landscaping. Since we were there over a weekend we were treated to a gorgeous gourmet sit-down breakfast with the other tenants. Mike and Susan are wonderful chefs and hosts, personable and helpful. The location is perfect, around the corner from a winery, family fun center, and chocolate shop/restaurant but with a nearly isolated feel, surrounded by woods. Bikes are available to borrow and golf carts to rent. I spent a lovely afternoon just sitting on the porch reading and watching the squirrels while listening to the little fountain in the yard. A far cry from the chaos of downtown! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Mike and Susan!…

It was not the best weekend for weather at Put In Bay but Michael and Susan were such great hosts that we didn't mind the weather so much. In fact when we had to stay an extra night there was no grumbling. Being retired has its perks. The remnants of Gordon had created a lot of wind and the Miller Ferry was forced to cancel its schedule on Sunday. The Arbor Inn is away from all the noise and bustle of downtown. It is a great place to escape to when you've had enough on a crowded weekend. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The front porch was lovely--even in the dreary weather. Breakfast was excellent both days and even though we'd said we would not have breakfast on Monday morning since we wanted an early start, there were two places set and several choices of muffins and other breakfast snacks on the table when we got up. The breakfast room is also done with lovely décor and there are several pictures as well as a neat book of photos showing what life is like in the winter on the island. It was a nice stay and we were happy we chose Arbor Inn.…
