Im not very picky when it comes to hotels but omg. outside doors to hallway are all unlocked, no cups in room, stick used to lock sliding door in room, tv didnt work, over all just way over priced and crappy hotel. front desk person was very nice and helpful but property sucked.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights with our 3 month old daughter. We were apalled when we walked into the room. Pleasant location on Lake Erie. Not updated but very livable. Room was clean; bed was comfortable. Balcony looked over lovely courtyard with view of lake. Pool and deck were nice. I had a wonderful time at this hotel. Our room was very clean, the employees are friendly .Annette Is a wonderful Manager there and gave us a great rate. The view of the lake was awesome. We plan on coming back here next year. We just wish It hadn't ended so soon.
