Let me begin by saying that this is the only hotel in Oberlin. So unless you want to stay off campus, lower your expectations. Service was OK. But the rooms feel circa 1960-70s. Old, worn out. Not dirty, but not clean. With any competition, they would be out of business.

Tried the anniversary package, had a nice time. The property has aged but the staff is friendly and attentive. Dinner was very nice, the small college town atmosphere was pleasant. A nice area to take an evening stroll.

This quaint little inn is steeped in history. Situated right in town, near great restaurants and the college. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Dining room is good. Shuttle to the Cleveland airport. Heating and air is tied into the college!
