“Horrible service”

I booked a groups of rooms for Memorial Day weekend and they are charging us twice because they screwed up the reservations. Do not recommend this property due to the lack of customer service cooperation. They will not admit their mistake in finding the reservations. It was a fiasco at check in for my guests.

Stayed at this hotel over a weekend. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and well-maintained. There is room service and a small restaurant, but I was unable to use either as my schedule did not fit the service hours - no lunch hours and both closed at 10 p.m. There was some type of... More

“Perfect for early morning airport departures!”

Great hotel, new, clean, friendly staff and great airport shuttle. We picked this location because of a 6am flight on Southwest Airlines. Everything was perfect as we expect from Hilton properties. I would recommend it to anyone. It took us 10 minutes from walking out of our room to getting dropped off at the airport. Can't beat that at 5am!

“Always nice to come back”

We stay here often and have always had a good experience. We get the cooked to order breakfast and the chefs they have on staff are very good. Wait staff always friendly. The housekeeping staff is always nice and do a very through job.

Excellent hotel, good value for the money, and really close to Akron-Canton Airport (CAK), just 0.7 mile from the baggage claim area. Breakfast is simple but nice, serves its purpose. Would stay if in the area.

I loved my stay here! The room was clean and very spacious. The staff were helpful and very friendly. It is a convenient location, close to everything but still quiet. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The rooms are quiet. There is good wired and wireless internet. The restaurant being open for both breakfast and dinner is a plus. They have an excellent chef! The front desk is great with directions.

My stay at this hotel was outstanding. The staff at this hotel may be the best staff of any hotel I ever stayed and I have stayed at many great hotels. If you are looking for a place in the Canton/Akron Ohio area look no further than Hilton Garden Inn Akron-Canton Airport. You will not be disappointed.

Great staff! Great rooms! Great food! Excellent location...right off the airport. Convenient to both Akron and Canton Ohio. Nice selection of restaurants within driving distance. Has a hotel shuttle. About 15 minutes from the Pro Football Hall of Fame....a must see!!

Very nice, very clean, very quiet, and very convenient. We had a late arrival from the airport and an early AM flight home so this was perfect.
