Very nice hotel close to the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are very standard, but also clean. The hotel offers good values to business travelers. The breakfast in the morning is hot and varies a little each day.

This location was recommended to me by a coworker. Clean, superior service, and I paid a great price. Bonus, its very convenient near the airport. All my future trips to Cleveland will include staying at the Crowne Plaza.

The room was clean; nothing spectacular stayed 2 nights. Showers were adjustable and shower curtains were changed daily. Floor boards were vacuumed and dusted. No refrigerators in rooms. Beds not as comfortable as expected. Exercise room down stairs in a secluded area. food was good but over priced
