The room was clean, extra towels were easily provided. The outdoor pool may have been the cleanest/nicest I have seen at a hotel. The desk staff was very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. So much better than the make-your-own waffles. The only improvements that I would suggest are mattresses that are a bit firmer.
