Hotel was a bit older, but very clean. Service was great and desk was very friendly.

Tool my grand children to the water park in july stayed at the Microtel because water park was full. We truly enjoyed our stay, the place was exceptionally clean the staff was great. Will stay here again.

The service was a joke. The room was disgusting the sheets didnt even look like they were cleaned. I just needed a clean place to stay that was overall decent and not expensive because I was going to be at Kings Island most of the time. Yes the wallpaper needs to be fixed or changed but if that gets me a better price I don't have a problem with it. They have units with fridges and microwaves available... More

We spent one night here after a day at Kings Island. The pop machine was out of everything. The continental breakfast was a joke. The Beach water park is located behind Microtel. They had music blasting until Midnight. Needless to say, I didn't get much sleep. On my next trip to Kings Island I will be staying elsewhere.
