We stopped last week on our way to Horseshoe Casino. This hotel was only about 12 minutes from downtown and close to restaurants and right across the street from a little bar & grill called the Winking Lizard. Stayed here as an alternative to downtown options. We were going to the new casino and wanted something close. 12 minutes away, easy to get to The Horseshoe. Newly renovated, very nice room, very clean. I had room #154, an end unit, ground floor. It was very basic, very comfortable, bed mattress semi firm and comfortable, pillows were also semi firm and very comfortable, small bathroom, small desk, but overall adequate for one person and not doing desk work. Although we had a few "room" issues, I can't say enough about the staff. They did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. The Inn is located in a perfect area. We had access to anywhere in the Cleveland area, as we found out..East and West side are both worth exploring.

Cindy and April are always great. Any time you have a question or a problem they are always able to help.The hotel was a good rate and its in a good location. Newly remodely, very nice.. I always stay there when I'm in that area.
