This is a great motel with spacious rooms, quiet location a friendly reception staff. Stayed here after a day at Cradle Mountain. Very convenient location, in a beautiful area of Tasmania. Was very easy to then drive to next destination the next day as well. Fantastic room - great for an overnighter like we had. Plenty of space, comfortable large bed, huge TV.... Hosts very friendly and helpful. Good value as well. Highly recommended!

We stayed here, like all our accommodation choices, based on the reviews on Tripadvisor, and as usual, we were not disappointed. It's a motel, so don't expect 5 star luxury. This is a wonderful place. A friend and I stayed in the standard motel room and it was exrremely clean and had all the basic necessities. Electric blanket was useful. A lovely, comfortable room and very reasonably priced. Would stay again!

The management were very helpful and the rooms had a microwave , and full kitchen service. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom pleasant. It was 2 minutes from the centre of town which was a delight to walk around viewing the murals.

A decent place to stay if you're on your way to Cradle Mountain. The retreat is a short walk from the pub, shops etc in Sheffield. Rooms were clean and spacious, though quite basic.
