Obviously old and a little tired, this accommodation on the pretty main street of Ross, was none-the-less comfortable and spacious. We were made to feel very welcome, and could not resist the famous vanilla slice. Loved the cosy sitting room with log fire, and delicious breakfast from the bakery oven. It has a unique charm!

Walking past the bakery the sign on the window said "World's best vanilla slice" - we had no choice but to go in and try one. We were not disappointed, it tasted fantastic! The bakery was clean, busy and definitely worth a visit.
