Clean but in need of an update. Good value. Staff at complimentary continental breakfast were pleasant and helpful. Very thin towels and dark shower cubicle. The location was amazing - loved the Port Arthur site. We saved money on our accommodation which paid for dinner and the ghost tour.

Pretty ordinary, but clean. Dinner was very basic but edible. Breakfast was continental but ok. My bed was comfy and the room was quiet. We bought the package which included the day tour, ghost tour, dinner and brekky. Not bad value.

Place was very basic. No kitchen facilities not even a microwave. Only good thing was the view and how close it is to port Arthur, just walk down the hill. If u have to stay stay in the spa room but don't expect the Hilton

Got recommendation from Port Arthur visitors centre as no previous booking made. Only wanted to book for 1 night & got a reduced price with breakfast (basic continental).
