Very friendly, very relaxing, well catered for, even pre dinner drink and chocs in the loungeroom! Very enjoyable - will be back for longer stay.

Very welcoming. This is a long established business with all the benefits of experience. Off street parking and free internet connection among the many pros of this accomodation. Located at the top of a quiet cul de sac but well signed and not at all difficult to find. We were warmly welcomed by Rosie who showed us to our room...

This is great place to stay... if you want to keep in touch with your feminin side.... Too many doilies, hats and flowers for me... Needs to be a bit more blokey other than that the service was excellent, the breakfast was continental but you could get a cooked one for an extra $10
Don't normally stay in B&B but Hobart booked out at the time and we were heading for Straun any way. Pleasent reasonably big B&B, quaint tasteful decor, great hosts, good parking, well priced, delightful feel about breakfast in main dining area. Had tea in local pub was also good but not a town that stays up late. Nice little find.
On a drive from launceston to Hobart we decided on the way to stop in the derwent valley area and stumbled upon Rosie's inn on trip advisor and based on previous past reviews decided to call in. We booked on arrival and were immediately swept up in the great hospitality and welcome that Rosie and Colin offer their guests as...

Travelling the state on a motorbike, I stumbled across Rosie's Inn and was blown away by the magnificence of the property and Rosie and Colin's hospitality. The quality of the establishment was far greater than I was expecting, particularly compared to some of the other places I'd stayed. For $125 a night, I was spoiled. Enough has been said by...

I've never stayed at such a lovely rosy comfortable hotel before.
Rosie's Inn is best worthy to stay during the trip to Tasmania.
All the room are decorated with a lot of roses, and pretty hand made races
and bed linens. Never seen such a lovely inn before.
Also the servces are so heart warming and perfect to relax.

Great B & B. Rosie & Colin are excellent and attentive hosts; the rooms are very well presented and ultra clean ... the decor is "floral"; breakfast great; bed comfortable; Rosie even went to the trouble of presenting my wife margaret with some rose cuttings because she had expressed interest in the roses in the garden. We would absolutely stay...

You couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay than Rosie's Inn. I don't know whether to start with the graciousness of Rosie and Colin Wood, the proprietors, or with the comfort, cleanliness and attractiveness of the property. (The garden is a delight). My traveling companion had stayed there many years ago and found it just as nice this time...

All the rooms were exquisitely furnished. Rosie and Colin are very hospitable and friendly hosts. Rosie's Inn is much larger than I had imagined but the beautifully kept garden was not as large as I had visualised. Our spacious suite was immaculate and simply perfect. Complimentary port is supplied which was most acceptable.
After relaxing for some time in our...
