My husband and I recently stayed for 3 nights at Saffire. It was without doubt one of the most wonderful places we have ever stayed. The accommodation, food, staff, service - everything really is exceptional. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed (after a 3 hour drive from Hobart) personally - our car keys were taken from us... More

We have recently had 4 nights staying at The Saffire Resort at Coles Bay Tasmania. The experience was superb in absolutely every aspect. The accommodation, food, service, guides, activities, and last but not least the spa. I cannot recommend the Saffire enough. The staff were exceptional in making sure your stay was the best of your life! The food that... More

That truly does Saffire justice. Guru and I were celebrating one of those significant milestones in life and wanted somewhere just a little bit more special than places we had been before. Considering some of our previous destinations and accommodation this is an extremely difficult challenge. I started my investigation on the Luxury Lodges website and had heard of Saffire... More

Exceeded all expectations. Best hotel/resort in Australia. Staff go beyond expectations in everything to make your stay special. Oyster shucking is a must and the archery was very entertaining. A walk on the beach early in the morning is heaven. A great place for a special occasion. I went for my birthday and every staff member throughout my stay wished... More

This hotel is a perfect place as one would expect a Chateaux & Relais to be. But are the small details that make all the diference: fruit plate delivered to our room without asking, once they learned my husband would not get up on time for breakfast; a backpack full of snaks, drinks and sunblock for our three-hour walk through... We recently spent 3 nights at Saffire Lodge which was an amazing experience. The Lodge is tastefully nestled into the landscape and is an amazing piece of architecture. It features beautifully appointed suites, guest rooms and restaurant facilities. We have travelled extensively world wide and rate this Lodge as one of the best. One of the outstanding features is the... More

Without doubt any visitor to Saffire will have an exceptional experience. Having visited Coles Bay and Freycinet many times from my childhood on, this was a return to a place we knew would be completely spectacular. We already knew the National Park would be Tasmania's most popular (even after Cradle Mountain). This hotel or Lodge is in the first instance... More

My husband and I recently stayed (in March) for 4 nights in a Premium room for our wedding anniversary. Having stayed at a few luxury resorts, this would be one of our favourites. Positives - Accommodating, friendly and proficient staff, who always said 'yes' to any request. It was so refreshing, and stress free to have an attitude like that.... More

Wow at every turn, every nook and cranny this hotel reeks of subdued personalised style and service. Prepare to be amazed by the sheer beauty of the scenery, the activities, and the relaxing lounges by the fire. Glide in good health after a spa treatment or walk on the wild side with quad biking, fishing or plane flights over the... More
