Staying a week in our own van. The grounds arent up to the usual standard. The amenities Never get cleaned properly (stall walls haad fecies wiped on them and never cleaned for the whole week) staff that seem confused in bookings and arguementative when questioned. After reading the reviews we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. For $80 we had an on site' van with annex that reminded me of the vans I stayed in during my honeymoon in the 1970;s. HI. we recently stayed at mersey bluff but have no complaints. The new park operators were absolutely wonderful,and could not of given a better service. As for the cabins we found them to be very clean and really great value for money. The park itself was well mowed and really neat and tidy.I dont have any complaints about the park... More

On the 12th August we arrived at Mersey Bluff Caravan Park at approx 9.30 pm after having previously booked two onsite cabins. Very Dissapointed, I rang Mersey Bluff before my stay as I was concerned there was no Pictures of the cabins and Have learnt a big lesson, never book without pictures. These Cabins were disgusting, full of mould even on the pillows, sheets not washed and dampness throughout. The cabins are a Health Risk and should not be rented out and... More

Mersey Bluff Caravan Park is now under new management, and has been since November 2009. The cabins spoken about in the review that was posted on 19th August 2009 no longer exist within the Park, and we certainly agree that they were mouldy, musty and very outdated.
