We found our group of 18 at Turlee Station after the Campground at Mungo National Park was full to the brim over Easter. Nathan and Sophie and their extended family were very welcoming. We enjoyed Sheep Races, the shearing shed tour including sheep dog demonstations, shearing, whip cracking and freshly made scones. The campground was peaceful with great hot showers... More

I was a bit disappointed with Turlee Station. While our welcome was friendly, we weren't given any direction on amenities - it seemed like having guests at the station was all a bit of a hassle. We felt more like a burden to our hosts rather than welcomed guests. We chose to stay at Turlee Station after reading the website... More

Hi, my name is Sophie Wakefield and my husband and I are the owner/managers of Turlee Station Stay. In response to the above review I would like to make a couple of relevant points: - Our website clearly states that all catering is to be “pre-arranged” with bookings essential. We do this as we are located a 200km round trip... More

We stayed two nights at Turlee Station Stay in a Bush Cabin with our 13month old. The cabin was beautiful; spacious and safe for our little one to zip around, the kitchen was well resourced, the ensuite roomy and the bed comfortable with lovely linen. Was lovely to be able to open the sliding glass door and let the breeze... More

We stayed for 3 nights in July, winter. Due to my mistake, the booking I thought I had was not available and the place was fully booked. We thought we might have to go for a long drive to find a bed. Our hosts had a late cancellation just after we left and chased after us. We were offered one... More
