Organised by a friend as we were at a wedding locally. Quite possibly one of the best b&b's I've ever been too. Lovely hosts. Wonderful setting. Very relaxing. Will certainly come back for a longer weekend. Recommended!!!

We were looked after wonderfully. We had the double room with the attached single - which suited us with two small children perfectly. The location is so beautiful, the boys loved playing in the garden and the adjacent woodland and I'm not sure when we last had such a luxurious breakfast. Would seriously recommend!

We stayed here for just one night after a wedding nearby. The setting is truly idyllic deep in the West Sussex countryside and our room had a fantastic view over open hills and woodland. We stayed for just one night and enjoyed every minute. The place itself is stunning and its very scenic, as are the surroundings. The owners and their daughter were so friendly and helpful and made our stay very pleasant. We wholeheartedly recommend this place. Breakfast was brilliant too - very tasty.

Lovely house & grounds but 85 pounds stg per room per night with a SHARED bathroom is not on for an unrated B&B.The owners do not believe in Visit Britain or AA ratings... too many rules and regulations! My husband and I stayed here at the weekend for a friend's wedding nearby. This B&B is amazing, a beautiful house, stunning bedrooms with beautiful views and really friendly hosts. Delicious breakfast also. Thank you for a great stay, we will certainly recommend you.
