Food is to die for. This hotel is well off the beaten track yet it is close to the sea at Climping. The restaurant and bar is expensive so do not expect to skimp.

Truly amazing, our third visit and it never disappoints - so charming, staff very friendly, food amazing, rooms out of this world and the Spa is fab, can't recommend it enough. I really unique experience.
Always wanted to visit Bailiffscourt as I had heard lots if great things about it. Certainly wasn't dissapointed, this is somewhere thats different, lots of small cozy lounges, old world atmosphere, fantastic staff and first class food. We loved it, and would definitely recommend a visit.
This was an amazing meal with such a variety of flavours and textures. Although I am not vegetarian the whole meal was a delight. The starter was a selection of raw vegetables with a tomato sorbet which was very interesting and there was a course of cauliflower in four different ways. The organic wines served with each course complimented the...

The good bits first: beautiful buildings and location (a short walk via a footpath leads to the sea). Food at dinner excellent. Rooms very nice and staff very pleasant. Spa is first class with indoor and outdoor pools, steam room and hot tub. Now for the not so good bits: their service struggled when they had a function taking place...

Unique building with lovely grounds and lovely small lounges. Lots of attention to detail, fires always laid in bedroom is...

We stayed there for 2 nights and booked a Superior room.
The hotels locations is really beautiful and romantic and very close to the beach. The room was very nice but the bed was a little bid on the small side (all travellodge beds are bigger). We had the groundfloor room and unfortunately a family was in the room above...

I have since spoken with this gentleman and the good news is that they did enjoy themselves overall, the food on the whole was good, and if I promise to stock up on gluten free bread and, as he is a light sleeper, if we can find them a quieter room with a bigger bed they will be back.
I...

We had a wonderful, if slightly extravagant, night away at Bailiffscourt. The 'feature' room was large but cosy and had a wonderful bathroom. The 4-poster bed was comfortable though the cupboard space would have been tight for a longer stay. The dinner and breakfast were both delicious and good value. Service was generally very willing though a little unsophisticated (muddled...
