The heater did not work properly and the room was always cold and the rooms door are too thin, so you can ear everything coming from outside. They do not have cappuccino until lunch!!, because they have to clean the machine and they do not have time in the morning... So regular coffe for everyone!

Excellent position for visiting South Downs and important nearby towns.Very quiet location.Hotel and Robin Hood Pub next door very friendly, well appointed and good value. A good find all round!

Stayed from Friday 27 April to Monday 30 April 2012. Very friendly welcome and comfortable clean room. Loved the extra large bed. Restaurant excellent and very well run, food excellent and Kalim and his team, especially Lorraine, very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back here to stay.

Very helpful staff and the usual high standard of cleanliness. A quiet location and fairly easy to find. I doubt if it can be beaten on value for money.
