rooms good pub busy enough with quiz nights football etc but no noise in rooms breakfast good

Very nice indeed, rooms are pleasant & well presented, very clean & tidy, Staff were friendly & helpful, & the food was fine, The only real downside is the extremely well hidden reception!!! (the staff will help you find it though!!!

Found this hotel to be 1st rate, room was spotless and the staff couldn't do enough to make my stay welcoming. The pub is a bit tired however the manager assured me that a refurbishment was on the cards

I go to the chase hotel nearly everyweek for food and have never had a problem. Its great value for money and you get plenty of food. Never had a long wait. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend 100%.

Although i have not stayed at the hotel as i live nearby i felt compelled to post. I eat at this pin nearly every week and the steal is the best ever. My family and i have mever had a bad meal, great portion size and always hit. The staff are lovely, polite and helpfull. I would definately recommend!
