I stayed here before going to the Snow Patrol concert in the area. The hotel was above and beyond my expectations. My room was recently refurbished and the staff were helpful in arranging a taxi to the metro radio arena. Room was lovely but a bit cold on the night time but thats maybe because its winter! Service was lovely and prompt and very pleasant staff and receptionists.
