I stay here regularly for work, and have never had a single issue. All the staff are great, particularly Amanda on reception who always remembers my name and is always chatty and upbeat. Food is great, rooms are all lovely, gorgeous Temple Spa toiletries, stunning grounds - it's a pleasure staying here.

I am gluten free and only had to tell the hotel once.
