A nice Holiday Inn in a central location in Croydon, just off of the high street with 2 big shopping centres. We stayed here during our long weekend to London. Everything about this place was very good or excellent.

The setting of this hotel is both a blessing and a curse, being situated in an alley at the back of a shopping mall. On the other hand, it does mean you're near the shops! The hotel is an HI Express, with rubber stamp room designs, tried and tested. You get a comfortable room, free of noise if you stay on the upper floors, with a spring bed that I must admit was one of the best I have ever slept in (I try to avoid these, but will definitely go back to this one)....
