The hotel should honour any price reductions and offer after a customer has booked, its not fair when I paid £91 per room and I booked 2 rooms and my friend paid £61 per room booked 1 room and also included breakfast in this price.

We stayed for two nights to visit London and Tunbridge Wells. A good base for this. The price we paid was good value for room and breakfast. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. Have stayed before and would stay again.

We were quite disappointed with the absence of free wifi in the room. Thought it should have been a basic for a hotel like this not only in the lobby or bar area. Found the staff at all levels very helpful and polite.

Stayed here on business, rooms are a good size and clean. I don't think there is anything worth mentioning about the location apart from being close to the airport. Hotel looked very tired bar area was nice,comfy seat nice surrounding . Room however carpet looked very dirty need a good overhaul , same with the bathroom could do with bit TLC, however the shower was great , bed was really comfy

I stayed here for a week while working locally. The hotel itself had good facilities for working - light rooms, desk space and response room service. Good parking and early breakfast also helps.
