“They gave our room to someone else”

Having been in contact with Woodgate House B&B via email, they offered us the two rooms we had requested for a night in September 2010. Despite us (in my opinion) replying promptly (within 5 hours of the offer), we were disappointed to then receive an email the next day stating that the owner had let the rooms to other guests.... “Not what I booked.... in my experience, unreliable!”
