I stay in these many times a year but whilst this one is clean, new and has reasonable service it is spoilt by certain aspects. Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Thomas Land (Drayton Theme Park) with our 5 year old and 7 month old. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Spent our first evening in the Snow Dome which is on site - don't recommend eating there. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. More
