We love this b & b. always stay here when visiting Exmoor. The hospitality is fantastic. Rooms are lovely and spacious. It's like a home from home. Karslake is in a quaint village with thatched pub. More

I have stayed at Karslake twice now and each time I have been impressed with the level of service. The hosts are extremely flexible and accommodating and work hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Karslake itself is clean, tidy, well presented and the food is great. In summary, I would definitely recommend it. More

My husband and I stayed at Karslake House during the May Bank Holiday and we had a wonferful time. We were there to check out the 70.3 Ironman course as my husband will be competing in June this year and everyone at Karslake House were so accommodating - from allowing us secure bike storage in their garage to letting my... My girlfriend and I stayed at Karslake House over Easter weekend for three nights. From arriving to leaving, Michael and Marcia (son and mother) looked after us like old friends. The room (no.5) was fine; clean and comfortable with a decent bed, sink and shower with plenty hot water. Our private bathroom was across the corridor (all the other rooms... More

I recently stayed at this idealic hotel with a group friends and had a really good time in a remote but beauitful location. I stayed here with a couple of friends. The setting is idylic, the hospitality is fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were lovely. From our arrival to our departure, the owners were very friendly and helpful. Superb breakfast and excellent cream tea. The homemade scones are wonderful, as is the cream and locally made jam. Very good nights sleep. Beautiful garden, lovingly tended by grandfather. In a pretty village. We do hope to make a return visit someday soon. More

We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. We think that baking the scones in our AGA and using only the best clotted cream and jam from local farms makes all the difference! Our grandfather that looks after the garden is passionate about what he does after a lifetime of farming and gardening and enjoys the meals... More
