The greeting was very friendly. The room was clean and well prepared. It was easy to arrange free parking and it worked very well for my conference 3 miles down the road. Excellent value for money at £22 a night. I would happily use this place again.

one of the more dated in style travelodges stayed in. even with secondary glazing road noise could be heard. tired looking room with adequate facilities. stayed 2 nights could not have coped longer. reception staff friendly.room was clean.

The Blyth A1(M) Travelodge is situated within a service area on the side of the southern start of the A1(M). Run down and on last legs. Staff very helpful. Clean enough although the shower didn't seem to work properly. Not 5 star, not even 1 star. Bit of a hellhole really. Staff are FANTASTIC though and can't do enough to help.
