“A warm welcome”

Susan was wecoming and accepting of 5 soaking adults, letting us completely take over one floor and drape wet clothes everywhere. We were a little squashed in, but then not many B and Bs can fit in 5 women with room to spare. Good breakfast, central location and near the route through town when walking the St Cuthbert's Way. “Lovely quiet spot”

What a surprise to arrive at Belmont House and find that our host Susan used to live in Australia! There was a lovely print of the Perth sky line at dusk on the stairs. The House is beautifully clean and warmly welcoming. Our room was a decent size overlooking the front street and very quiet, except for some rambunctious dogs... More
