Northumberland is full of hidden gems - a castle here, a fort there.....and a very decent pub hidden away in Beadnell. We hadn't been here for 7 or 8 years, but as soon as you walk in, you know the welcome and the atmosphere is the same. Good honest food, children and dog friendly and a delightful location. Recommended!

A bit of a wait for our meals but the pub was busy so that's understandable. When the food came it , was worth the wait - really nice meals. Beer was reasonable, staff well-trained, polite and efficient. Would definitely go back.

A nice lunch in the pub garden in the sun with the children. Food was ordered quickly at the bar, and came within a reasonable time. Everyone enjoyed their meals and was full afterwards! Good pub grub.
