Brilliant boutique hotel with the best breakfast ever. Charles and Christine could not have been more helpful and were great hosts. Everything about the property was first class.The Tree House nearby is a must visit location. We would love to go back to Oransay House.

This bed and breakfast is faultless. The bedrooms are spotlessly clean and well appointed. The breakfast will keep you going for the rest of the day. Charles and Christine are excellent, friendly and helpful hosts and it comes with free parking round the back of the property. What more could you ask for

Right from arriving in the car park Charles and Christine made us feel welcome. Room 2 is lovely and spacious and has a large bay window and fireplace. Stayed for four nights in February 2013,must say one of the nicest guest houses we've stayed in,clean,spacious,friendly and a fabulous breakfast and a great location,would recomend Oronsay to anybody,loved it.
