Smashing grub and very friendly - very rainy outside but sunny inside! Came in for something to eat with 4 adults and 5 under 5's and made a right mess but loved food and service. Decor is exactly how an old pub should be!

The whole place needs a complete make-over. Both the bedroom and shower room were very tired. The same goes for the restaurant. Food and service are both adequate at best. Sorry, but not my cup of tea.

Visited the Half Moon on a couple of occasions for an evening meal, must say that even though they are not busy (due to the time of year), the kitchen was happy to receive late orders and the food produced was good value for money and extremely appetising. Would definitely visit again when in the area.
