We just stayed for one night but it was lovely, the owners were very accomodating about when we checked in and out, giving us keys so we could come and go. The room was clean with a good shower and nice decor, very comfortable and in a great location. It was also excellent value.

Spent 2 nights at The Clockmakers whilst doing a course in Ashby. Lovely little B&B, very clean and comfortable. Owners could not have been more helpful and attentive. Rooms very clean, well decorated and some lovely touches (choccy biscuits in the room!). Great location in the town which has plenty of restaurants and cafes and niche shops. Would definitely recommend.

Arrived to a very warm welcome from the owner. Rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy with all the facilities you would normally find in a first class hotel including some lovely little treats on the tea tray. There was even a DVD player in the room with a large library of DVDs to chose from in the lounge. Fresh milk... More

There is nothing to fault with this charming, beautifully kept guest house. The rooms are very comfortable and well furnished. The location in central Ashby is quiet but very handy for the pubs and restaurants in the High Street. There is a warm and friendly welcome and a superb breakfast. Definitely number 1 in the area.

Stayed here on our way south to break up our journey, the owners are very welcoming and flexible on arrival and departure times. Room was very clean and well equipped for a B&B. breakfast very good. The only down side is that the parking within the vicinity of the hotel is quite restricted and could be a bit of a... More

Stayed here with my wife on recommendation from others, in the Green Room, for one night while she was on a course in Ashby. Service was excellent - attentive without being obtrusive. Room was spotless, stylish, airy and had an ensuite bathroom. We've previously stayed in the Royal Hotel in Ashby and spent much more money than we did here... More

Great little hotel. Stayed here with a friend as was visiting family. Very friendly and very good service. If all hotels were like this it would be great. Bedroom was clean and bed itself seemed new.
