Wow, what a little gem this is! I took two clients here, a few weeks ago, for a business lunch. It had a touch of history and elegance, with an 'at home' feel! A relaxed, but professional atmosphere to get business done! A week later I took the family; again I was left impressed! Really enjoyed the hospitality and warm... More

Ate at the Baily saturday night and had a wonderful experience the staff were very friendly and professional. I had goats cheese starter and was amazed at the taste and presentation followed by the home made steak pudding, also very good. My husband and I spent 3 nights at The Bayley Arms. It was a hiking, wedding anniversary and also family history trip as my husband's ancestor was landlord there in the 1860s when it was The Masons Arms. The hotel has just been refurbished but still retains an olde worlde charm mixing antique and modern furnishings. We stayed in Room... More

We stayed here as it was close to Clitheroe and our first choice was fully booked. The pub is very busy and the food is good. Our room was basic and clean. Cooked breakfast was lovely. The nearest cash point seemed to be Whalley so stash some cash! There are lovely villages around and Skipton & Clitheroe are close by.... More

On the 24th of january my husband and I went to the Bayley Arms for a late lunch. The food was absolutely delicious, I had the steak and my husband had the steak pudding! I would say the pudding was slightly soggy however everything else made up for that! The staff were brilliant and one girl in particular always had... More

The Bayley Arms was always the pub and hotel that tried hardest in Hurst Green - the gateway village to the renowned Jesuit Catholic boarding school Stonyhurst College. As long ago as the 1970s as a young journalist in Burnley I wrote about how the Bayley Arms was playing its part in promoting the Ribble Valley as a tourist destination.... More

I stayed here one night last summer when my sister was married in the area. She happened to live across the street from the Bayley Arms and so my entire family spent the night during her wedding week while her in laws visited. This was a charming little hotel. Tons of character. It was very clean and comfortable. A bit... More
