This is a filthy, smelly pub way past its best and certainly is not a "boutique hotel". Couldn't bring myself to stay so instead went to a beautiful B&B on the Sissinghurst Estate. This is a real case of mis-respresentation on the internet. Do not believe a word of their description - this place is ghastly. More

700 years old, beautifully kept in style with fantastic service of young receptionists who know how to treat guests properly. They could not do enough to make our stay unforgettable.
