We've been going to Little Upton Farm for eight years and we totally love the place. Best thing for a group is that each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom which means you have some privacy. Sheets are white cotton and beds are comfy. Loads of hot water. The barns have the most wonderful views over the island and... More

The properties are lovely, very clean and well-equipped. Alison and Howard are friendly and welcoming and worked really hard to ensure that we had a great time, from getting us reduced rates on the ferry, to recommending pubs for dinner and showing how the sheepdogs work.

We booked out all 3 cottages (15 people) at Little Upton Farm over the Christmas period and we were not disappointed. The cottages are lovely and were beautifully decorated for Christmas. The views were amazing - our bedroom had a floor to ceiling window with the most beautiful views. A big advantage was that all bedrooms had their own en-suite... More

We have stayed on several occasions in the two Barns overlooking what must be one of the best views of the island over the last 10 years, most recently w/c 24th September. We have found the farm owners to be extremely welcoming, (including a home-made Victoria sponge cake on arrival), and they always bend over backwards to ensure that our... More

My mother and I stayed at The Cote ( self catering). This is by far the best place I've stayed in. Facilities superb and the private courtyard and decking was beautiful. Delicious homemade cake on arrival and made to feel very welcome. Will definitely be going back, well placed for touring the island.

Stayed in the Tithe Barn at Little Upton Farm and although it was in a nice setting and the owners friendly we were disappointed with some aspects of the accommodation. The settees were worn and badly need replacing they were uncomfortable and hard to relax in. The frying pans were dirty and past their best and the kitchen was not as... More

We have just returned from a week in the Old Byre at Little Upton Farm and it is the best family holiday we have ever had. We took our 2 and 4 year old children, and Granny too. The accommodation and setting is extremely child friendly. There was plenty to see and do in the garden but all very safe.... More

What a truely wonderful place Little Upton Farm is. It was our first trip to the Isle of Wight and we had a fantastic, relaxing time on this working farm in the most beautiful countryside - and we were amazed how easy it was to get there from London. The accomodation is brilliant - Tithe Barn even has a roof... More

We stayed at Little Upton Farm in one of the self catering barns. On arrival we were met by Howard, the farmer, who showed us to our accommadation telling us there was "tea and cake in the kitchen" What a place. The views were simply stunning, even though it was a grey day. The barn itself was beautifully furnished, well... More

We experienced a most laid back and leisurely holiday at a beautifully situated working farm in IOW.It would appeal to a large range of holidaymakers. Relaxing on the patio with stunning views in the remote and quiet English countryside with a good read and a glass of wine in hand is the idyllic way to holiday for some. For others plenty... More
