My sister and I found this guesthouse on the internet and a group of us arrived (on different times and different days) to celebrate her 70th birthday not knowing what to expect. Dave and Marde could not have been more helpful with the complicated arrangements, the rooms were delightful, breakfasts superb (my wife now copies the healthy option of a... More

What a fantastic place to stay! David is very welcoming and the rooms are lovely, comfortable and well furnished, with home made cookies ready and waiting. Easy to get to and in a lovely location, just opposite Osborne House. The breakfast is amazing; beautiful fresh fruit and local produce, I don't think I have had a better breakfast in any... More

David gave a warm and welcoming arrival. Nothing was too much trouble. Our lodge room was lovely and cosy and came with dressing gowns and a tray of lovely homemade cookies. Flat screen tv with freeview. The most amazing part of the stay was the breakfast the local produce was cooked to perfection, with lovely fresh fruit to start. I... More

We stayed here to visit family in Cowes and would definitely make Crossways our first choice in the future. We were in the lodge and the room was lovely and great value for the price. Breakfast was out of this world and worth getting up in the morning for. David was very welcoming and we would definitely recommend staying at... More

Crossways House is always a blessing whenever I go to Cowes on business. There's a friendly welcome, freshly made breakfast in the mornings and little home made biscuits in the rooms.

We stayed with our two children at the Crossways in February. The welcome was warm - we particularly loved Georgie the dog! - and our room was spacious and beautifully kitted out. Fabulous breakfasts in the morning, too, and David was extremely helpful and accommodating of the children. We'd definitely go back!

We stayed at Crossways in March 2008 and in my review I said how 'Fantastic' it was. That time we stayed in the lodge but this time as the Water Company had cut off supplies earlier in the day, the owner David upgraded us to the house. You will see by my photos how lovely it was and our son... More

Certainly the best B&B that I have stayed in. Well presented, very comfortable and a breakfast to die for. If you are on the Isle of Wight - don't miss it! Ken Newton
