Lovely little b&b in East Cowes overlooking the harbour. The owners were superb and could not do enough for us, whether it was cooking our breakfast or supplying us with brollies and torches for our evening out! The b & b has ample parking on road and in front of house. The b & b was absolutely spotless and great... More

We stayed at Annies for one night over Easter and had a lovely stay. The rooms are spotless with fabulous clean bathrooms - The showers are Fab. We all had a great nights sleep in very comfortable beds. Our room had Great Views. Annie squeezed our family in and made us feel very very welcome, she was there to greet... More

We stayed at Annie's at short notice in early January, when we needed to stay on the IOW following a family bereavement. Annie was so helpful and kind. Lovely rooms, very clean, good shower, fab breakfast, great location. Really excellent value. Book early as she only has a small number of rooms.

I stayed here for 1 night on a business trip but would welcome a longer stay in the future. The room was spacious and spotless, and facilities were good. Excellent location if you are using the Ferry to East Cowes. Breakfast was good quality and a decent size.

Stayed at Annie's for one night recently for business purposes. A 5 minute walk from the Red Funnel car ferry, it's very easy to get to and once inside, Annie is a great host and a warm welcome was followed by a quick tour and then shown up to my room which was perfect! Spotless, very comfy and modern, lovely... More

We booked a triple room for my wife, me and our son. Booking was very efficient and courteous. On the day my wife twisted her knee and we phoned to ask if we could go to our room early. We were told that it was ready and Annie very kindly offered to come and collect us by car. Very welcome... More

Well appointed and extremely clean B&B nothing is too much trouble for Annie. My husband has to have medication stored in the fridge this was not a problem. Nicely positioned for East Cowes chain ferry, buses to Newporrt and Ryde also ferry to Southampton. We will definitely be back. Book early otherwise you will be disappointed.
