“Good location in a strange town”

Overall fine, disturbed in night but good night guarantee was paid so cannot complain. Underwhelmed by this town, very run down centre. Pizza express fine and easy for commute to London. Would stay again en route to the smoke

Excellent hotel in very central location for the shops. ( TK MAXX next door). Very friendly staff, comfortable room, no noise. Restaurant also very good and value for money. Will definitely use again.

Very good location right in the centre, perfect for the shopping centre, and nice walks along the streams and gardens. Car raking was good in the multistorey with a footbridge giving direct access to the hotel.
