Stayed at Down Hall on a special offer & was allocated a very grand large room with a high ceiling, complete with big settee. Lovely grounds, great for a walk. Enjoyed afternoon tea (lovely) & dinner was a real pleasure. The food was excellent & we have not had any better when dining at some of the famous chef's restaurants.
