Lovely rooms, decent price & value. Had a refurbished/superior room, very nice bathroom. Friends had regular rooms which were also very nice. Quiet location. Bed slightly too soft. Breakfast very tasty and plentiful. Ate evening meal in restaurant, mains were average but not disagreeable, lovely puddings. Staff always helpful and courteous. Free wifi. Stayed for a 2-night walking holiday. Best thing about it is the great, hard-working friendly, helpful staff, but the food's good (excellent full english brekky), free wi-fi, and the beds are comfy. Rooms no bigger than they need be and shower rooms a bit basic but quite reasonable for the price. Would happily recommend this place. More
