I have stayed at this hotel before and have had none of the problems I had with this stay. I was given a room that was not cleaned and changed by housekeeping, I booked a inhouse continental breakfast which did not arrive, I tried telephoning reception for 20 minutes solid with no reply, if this was an infirm or disabled... As has been said before this needs a re-fit,it is looking a bit tired and dated. But the reception staff are great, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean. The only minor negative was there were 2 chunks of enamel missing in the bath, the ceiling had a load of black mould on it and the grouting was a bit stained. The... More

Responsive reseptionist - help us with euro-uk adapter, help with parking registration. Good location, if you go by m3. Shops nearby has no alcohol, but tasty pasteria. Value for money. Plus outside pretty yard where we did sit for minute in spit of rain. Enough space in room and bathroom with tube if you like it. Clean and quiet room.... More

couldnt find a hotel reasonable enough which included the legoland tickets so decided to stay at this hotel and buy annual passes, which turned out to be cheaper than the package deals. Hotel is little dated and the sofa beds are a little lumpy, but we spent all day at Legoland and the kids would have slept anywhere they were... More

Stayed here and communted to Legoland for 3 days, the traffic this way is a little easier though it looks like a long way. Reception were great and could not help enough, room was clean and tidy and in a cost cutting world you still get hot chocolate and buscuits in the room. Good accomodation at a budget rate. Dont... Ok, the rooms could do with being updated, and the bathroom was a little tired, and there was a bit of lime scale around the taps, but I paid £40 for the night and you really can't go wrong. The room was bright, warm and clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. I even got a nice continental breakfast... More

Probably the worst Days Inn out of the three i've stayed in as needs updating. Still a pleasant stay though, the room was spacious and clean as usual. Bed was comfy and had nice bedding again. Staff were helpful and polite. We didn't venture out as we were only stopping off there on the way home so not sure if... More
