Staff friendly and helpful. Cleanliness excellent. Bed very comfortable. Double glazing excellent. Very convenient for M25 and/or trains to London, Lakeside shopping centre within walking distance and Arena Essex close by.

We stayed here just for one night as we were visiting a restaurant which was walking distance away (on the Boardwalk at Lakeside) and it worked out cheaper than getting cabs to and from the restaurant. Normal premier inn hotel. Rooms have good sized tv and bathroom areas. Appears that they have been recently renovated, to new standards. Restaurant next door is a Brewers Fayre. Quiet area, good parking with cctv. Easy location to find near to Sainsburys.

Very clean, comfertable room.very impressed overall with standards.would definately stay again and recommend to other's. Nice restaurant just oppersite which again was ideal for breakfast and dinner. Staff very polite and food good value for money.

Excellent Stay, Great Room, Perfect for a one night business stay. The booking process is simple and easy and as a chain you know what to expect. As single female traveler I knew what to expect and felt safe and warm. There was WIFI available and a good desk from which to work. Perfect
