i have stayed in numerous premier inns this one surpasses any of them.staff were incredibly friendly

My first visit to a Premier Inn. A great location right at the Eastern end of the Sea front with a Pub and Chinese Restaurant almost next Door and a big Car park too! We recently stayed at Thorpe Bay - what a great place! First and foremost, the receptionists were exceptionally helpful and friendly, even presenting our children with Easter eggs on arrival. What a lovely touch! That is our best ever welcome at the Premier Inn. Nice room, as usual, easy to park, great location and close enough to the town centre... More

Stayed here over Easter and have to compliment all the staff on their friendly welcome and good service. The hotel is in a quiet area and we even had a sea-view and free-parking so no complaints at all.

Stayed here for 1 night,nice quiet hotel ,but not too far from southend central..staff friendly and bed really comfy,couldn't fault this hotel at all..

It was sad to leave this particular Premier Inn. You build such a bond with all the staff. We were traveling from Canada and didn't know what to expect. We were greeted every morning by our names and always made sure we had what we needed. The breakfast was soo good and the dinner was amazing! Will be coming back... More

On the plus side, the breakfast at this hotel was fantastic - exceptionally good value for money.
