Its really cheap for london but not cheerful. Its clearly the choice of workman, some who are lovely, other drinking, smoking and shouting and little security to manage. Grumpy receptionists on duty. Friendly, very well located near big Tesco, 10 mins from Barking station by walk.good average hotel if you got small budget and don't mind to share the toilet and the shower, you will enjoy your stay.furnished with the basic standard.

We arrived by car. There was ample free parking in a well-lit dedicated car park on site. We were greeted by friendly reception staff. The rooms and bedding were clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The hotel is located close to a major highway but traffic noise could not be heard in the room.... More

Had to stay, used as bed only. arrived late, got up early. Toilets and showers not as good as when it was built otherwise like all other Formule 1 stops. Plenty of Parking even arriving at 21.15! I wish it was near a tube station though!
