Very welcoming, like staying at a friends' house, nothing was too much trouble from setting up the room to what you wanted to breakfast, and to packing & posting lost property 6 weeks later! Perfect location right on the sea by the pavilliion close to restaurants & bars, we had a wonderful stay thank you.

Excellent location and very friendly place. Very quiet and had a good nights sleep, although the room I stayed in was a little chilly. The breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again and would recommend for those seeking a traditional B&B stay.

Rachel and Andy made us so welcome and looked after us splendidly. The food was great. What a joy to find a truly child-friendly B & B! We can't wait to go back.
