Found the Grafton of Trip advisor and the reviews are spot on. A lovely place, clean, well presented, very welcoming hosts, Excerlent breakfast, all for £45. Can't fault that. Had room 5 which is a double en suite. Right on the front the location is also spot on.

Lovely welcome, places for our cycles to be secure and amazing view over sea from room, too wet to sit on balcony bu t still a great experiance. Good breakfast to set us up for the next step of our trip. \Would definately stay again.

Location is excellent and there are lots of small touches that some of the more expensive b&bs or hotels could learn from - such as bottles of water in your room and a chocolate on each pillow on a 'Sweet Dreams' note!
