Recently returned to the Bayleaf for a short break before Christmas, and met up with some old friends. Made welcome as usual by Ros and Graham who looked after us and gave us a nice break before the rush of Christmas that we all have. This was our 3rd visit this year as we also stayed in August for our... More

Just spent 16 days at the Bayleaf for our Summer Holiday, where we have been staying for the last 5 years. We love Sheringham and the Bayleaf is ideally situated for the Train, Bus station and all local amenities, and is a great base for visiting attractions in and around Norfolk. Graham and Ros always make us very welcome and... More

We've been going to the Bayleaf for the last six years. The rooms are clean and comfortable, there is a good choice of breakfasts and bar snacks in the evening, a well stocked bar and all at a reasonable price. It is ideally located in Sheringham with the town, beach, buses and train all within easy walking distance. Ros and... More

Having stayed at the Bayleaf several times now, I have still to be disappointed. Every morning both Graham & Ros are there usual cheerful selves, serving there great breakfasts, telling jokes & keeping us all amused. I stayed in the same room as I did last time and could tell it had been recently decorated, it was also very comfortable,... More

Had a great time once again in this lovely Victorian Guest house - great value for money & easy access to the main street/shops/beach/steam railway/Little Theatre. Hosts (Ros and Graham) make a great team and made us very welcome. Lovely room and great breakfasts - love the buffet bar with the fresh fruit and various cereals which make a refreshing... More

We have stayed in many b&bs over the last few years, but this is the most we have ever paid and the least wehave ever enjoyed a stay. We arrived late in the day, so were pleased to have found somewhere to stay. After agreeing a price, we were basically read the riot act over rules etc, very intimidating. The... More

We totally refute this review. As for the price, after viewing the room and explaining it was a large family room, YOU agreed the price. As you were a one night door knocker you had not paid a deposit so were free to leave before registering. The riot act is a total mystery. Where and when did this occur? we... More
