My wife and I recently stayed at a rate of £200 a night Dinner B&B. We were surprised to be asked to pay, in addition, for after dinner coffee. The assistant manager Was dismissive to the point of being rude. They treat guests as though they are doing them a favour by allowing them into their hotel! At £200 a night they still rely on their one appearance on 'Wish You Were Here' in 1988!!!! More
